Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us above so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order
delivered within the past 30 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.
No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, design will vary slightly.
Allergy Warnings
We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______". It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. It is always
possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. Some ingredients may contain components that are possible allergens. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping Policy
Your package is not guaranteed insured.
Typical order processing time is 24-48 hours. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. Carrier transit times may vary during the holiday season.
We do combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. We will make sure our shipping charges and processing fees (typically up to 5%) are covered prior to refunding. Please leave us a note that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine.
An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.
We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.
All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded. Cancelled custom orders will be subject to a 50% fee that will not be refunded.
Please note that we pay fees on your shipping amount so we are not able to charge exact shipping fees. As we are a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. We do our best to figure shipping costs and transaction fees appropriately. We will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion.
Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered but is missing to you. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing, please contact your local delivery service office as they are best equipped to locate your package via GPS and otherwise. Your next step will be to contact your local law enforcement about the theft.
If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the delivery service and AMD Soap immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.
