Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of AMD Soap products, I do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me so I can make it right. Customers may contact me about any order
delivered within the past 30 days, and I will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial message to me. I accept email, text message, or message through FaceBook or Instagram.

No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. I do my best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. As my products are handmade, design will vary slightly.

Allergy Warnings

I use a variety of ingredients in everything I make. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______".  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that I do use other ingredients/possible allergens in my facility. It is always
possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. Some ingredients may contain components that are possible allergens. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Shipping Policy

Your package is not guaranteed insured.

Typical order processing time is 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted on the website banner or in the product listing. I will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. Carrier transit times may vary during the holiday season.

I do combine multiple orders and will refund excess charges. I will make sure the shipping charges and processing fees (typically up to 5%) are covered prior to refunding. Please leave me a note that you have multiple orders pending so I know to combine.

An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.

Please note that I pay fees on your shipping amount so I am not able to charge exact shipping fees. As I am a small business, I cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. I do my best to figure shipping costs and transaction fees appropriately. I will refund excess shipping charges at my discretion.

Please take special note that I am not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered but is missing to you. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing, please contact your local delivery service office as they are best equipped to locate your package via GPS and otherwise. Your next step will be to contact your local law enforcement about the theft.

If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact the delivery service and AMD Soap immediately. I will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.

Pick-Up Policy

I am very happy to offer local pick up if you are in the Watertown area. Please note that all pick-up orders require a 48 hour notice, unless otherwise arranged with me. Custom orders require the time indicated in the listing.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure that you use an email that you check frequently. If you have not received an email in 48 hours, please check your Spam folder. Please include an SMS capable contact phone number.

Orders are available to be picked up at your convenience at my outside pick-up bin. Exceptions may occur with there are extreme weather conditions that will affect products in your order. You will be notified of these conditions.

The pick-up bin is monitored by security cameras. (I love it when you wave!)

Orders not picked up after 3 days will receive a reminder text message.

Orders not picked up after 7 days will be cancelled per the below cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

I reserve the right to cancel any order.

I reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded. Cancelled custom orders will be subject to a 50% fee that will not be refunded.
